Travel Agent Discount Tickets
Here are instructions on how to apply for a Travel Agent's Discount Ticket on Icelandair from New York (JFK), Boston, Orlando (SFB), Minneapolis/St. Paul, Toronto or Halifax, Canada(#) to Reykjavik, London, Glasgow, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris. Also, stopovers in Iceland, to or from Europe, are allowed.
A full-time employee of an IATAN agency may apply, also one spouse/companion qualifies but has to travel together with the agent. No infant/child discount. Appropriate attire required for travel.
In your system, book yourself on Icelandair (FI) no more than 3 weeks prior to departure. Enter the applicable booking class and airfare (see below) in the OSI line. Seats must be available and cannot be waitlisted.
Valid on FI only - no codeshare flights. Tickets have to be issued on an ICELANDAIR plate or on FI/ATB ticketing stock and are valid for 90 days.

These US dollar fares are net and not commissionable.
Applicable fuel surcharge and taxes and are additional.
* Eastbound and westbound travel dates determine fare. All travel must start and be completed within above dates, otherwise prior or next fare level applies depending on departure and return date.
Form of Request: Max. 21 days - minimum 7 days prior to departure. Fax the following information to Attn: Ticketing Department - Fax: 410-715-3547.
1 - A printout of the reservation - all pax in one PNR
2 - A letter on agency stationery signed by the owner/manager stating you are a full-time travel agent (#1 or #2 per IATAN status)
3 - A copy of current IATAN card plus IATAN list (not ARC)

Please do not call to check if your request was received. ICELANDAIR will, after checking all the information, fax you the latest 1 week before your departure an authorization and instructions on how to issue the ticket.
